The A.S.P.I.R.E. Village Program

The A.S.P.I.R.E. Village Program is a concierge-style, multidisciplinary integrative health and wellness program for children, teens, and young adults ages 3–26. Built on the belief that it takes a village to raise, heal, and empower our youth, the program is grounded in the values of Advocating, Supporting, Partnering, Inspiring, Restoring, and Empowering every young person we serve. Our integrated team —including psychiatry, therapy, occupational therapy, parent coaching, case management, medical care, educational advocacy, and wellness services—works collaboratively to provide highly coordinated, high-touch support. Families gain access to a connected network of providers who address emotional, behavioral, developmental, academic, and wellness needs with seamless communication and continuity of care. We are currently in Phase One of our village development, which allows access to a psychiatric provider, therapist, and pediatric provider. More than a treatment model, The A.S.P.I.R.E. Village Program is a community-centered approach designed to surround youth and families with the comprehensive “village” they need to heal, grow, and thrive.

Enrollment Fee: $495 one time

One- 90 minute intake appointment
One- 30 minute follow up appointment during first 30 days after enrollment
Referring provider collaboration contact
Completion/review of consent forms, medical records, intake forms, etc
Ordering necessary labs/ evaluation tools

Phase One Services Offered: $1000 monthly

Core Clinical Services

45 min- biweekly individual therapy sessions
30 min- medication management visit, if indicated
Pediatric wellness consultation (developmental, behavioral, or medical review)

Supportive Care & Coordination

Brief case management / care coordination
Monthly virtual treatment team meeting participation
Review of labs and genetic testing results, as indicated
Collaboration with primary care or outside provider monthly
Basic school support communication (1 contact per month)

Access & Communication

Direct messaging access to care team
VIP scheduling for appointments
Access to client education resources (handouts, videos, guides)

Family & Parenting Support

One 45 min parent coaching session monthly
Guidance on behavior strategies and home routines
Support navigating academic or social challenges
Crisis Support via phone, if indicated

Aspire Outpatient Psychiatry Program

The Aspire Outpatient Psychiatry Program offers high-quality, traditional psychiatric and therapeutic services for individuals ages 10 to 40 who prefer an appointment-based, insurance-supported model of care. This program is ideal for clients who need routine psychiatric follow-ups, medication management, and therapy sessions without the additional coordination or wraparound support of a concierge program. The Aspire Outpatient Program provides virtual appointments only, offered Wednesdays & Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Standard Psychiatric Evaluation $300

45 min focused intake appointment to evaluate baseline symptoms, safety, psychosocial, developmental, & mental health conditions.
Treatment recommendations/ plan created
Therapy referral place, if no current therapist is involved.

Complex/ Extended Psychiatric Evaluation $375

60 min focused intake appointment to evaluate baseline symptoms, safety, psychosocial, developmental, & mental health conditions.
Treatment recommendations/ plan created
Therapy referral place, if no current therapist is involved.

Follow Up Care $175

20 min continuity of care session- medication refills, therapy update session, treatment update session & additional recommendations provided.

Aspiring Minds Psychiatric Consultation Services

Consultation Appointment $250

30 min appointment/ meeting time
One time diagnostic evaluation with treatment recommendations for client
Provider to provider consultation for up to 4 cases per meeting time

Crisis Evaluation Appointment $250

30 minute crisis focused psychiatric evaluation to ensure safety and identify the most appropriate level of care
