Aspire Outpatient Psychiatry Program

The Aspire Outpatient Psychiatry Program at Aspiring Minds Wellness Center (AMWC) is a hybrid outpatient psychiatric program that combines the flexibility of insurance-based care with the convenience of cash-pay concierge services. Designed for individuals ages 5–30, our program provides high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care through secure virtual appointments, allowing families and young adults to receive expert mental health services from the comfort of home.

Whether you prefer to use your health insurance for medically necessary psychiatric services or desire the enhanced access and personalized support of our membership model, Aspire offers a care experience tailored to your needs.

Our services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, brief supportive psychotherapy, ongoing symptom monitoring, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning—all delivered with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and long-term wellness.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
A thorough psychiatric assessment designed to evaluate presenting concerns, emotional and behavioral symptoms, safety, developmental history, psychosocial factors, previous treatment, and overall mental health needs.
Following the evaluation, each patient receives:
Personalized diagnostic impressions
Individualized treatment recommendations
Medication recommendations when appropriate
Collaborative care plan
Referrals for psychotherapy or additional services if clinically indicated

Follow-Up Medication Management
Focused continuity-of-care appointments that include:

Therapy Services
While Aspire primarily provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services, we believe the best outcomes occur through comprehensive care. Individuals seeking therapy-only services may be referred to one of our trusted therapy partners or community providers.
When appropriate, completing a psychiatric evaluation before beginning therapy provides valuable diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations, and smoother coordination should psychiatric medication management become necessary in the future.

AMWC Membership Program

Exceptional mental health care doesn’t have to end when your appointment is over. The Aspiring Minds Wellness Center Membership Program is an optional monthly subscription that provides enhanced access- to include in person appointments, concierge-level support, and personalized care coordination between visits.

This membership is available whether you use insurance or choose our self-pay concierge model, allowing families and young adults to receive a more connected and responsive care experience.

Self-Pay Concierge Psychiatry

For individuals who prefer a simplified self-pay experience, our concierge option combines psychiatric care with premium access, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing support in one comprehensive program.

Enrollment

A one-time $297 enrollment fee includes:

Review of previous records and testing, if provided
