Ms. Bethea has over 10 years of experience in mental health, focusing on pediatric mental health and providing psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults. Her greatest strengths include actively listening, advocating, and showing empathy while delivering a non-judgmental and holistic approach to all clients. She is passionate about providing therapy services and medication management for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, trauma, and more through her initiative, Aspiring Minds.
